What counts as a “site”?
A single physical facility — one set of permits, one inventory boundary. Each plant or warehouse is its own site, but multiple users at that site are always included.
Can we start on Standard and upgrade later?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise are additive — everything you set up in Standard moves with you, including SDS extractions and inventory data.
How is regulatory coverage kept current?
The regulatory engine is updated by our compliance team as rules change at the federal level. State-specific overlays are available on Enterprise.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. Most customers run a 30-day pilot on a single site, scoped during the demo, before committing to an annual contract.
Do you sell to consultants?
We do. Consulting firms typically run on Pro with multi-client workspaces. Mention it during your demo and we’ll walk through the structure.
Is our data secure?
SDS data, inventory, and decisions are encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per customer, and never used to train shared models.
